A good hotel, delicious and varied food. Great service. I wanted to thank for the good work of manager Cem and barman Omer. Manager Cem very well follows the staff, organizes their work, there is no confusion. Quickly solves all problems. In the restaurant and in the bars order. Omer is the only barmen who can make delicious cocktails. quickly works. Attentive to the customers. I bought a voucher to your hotel for September 2018 for 24 days (17 September - 10 October 2018). In Turkey, not the first time, but with such an excellent service in a 4 star hotel I encounter for the first time. Please convey my gratitude for the good work Cem and Omer.

I went to this holiday with a colleague/friend in the beginning of June.

Our stay in Numa Konaktepe Hotel was fantastic. Food is excellent and plenty. Hotel has 4 pools and many activities... Beach is close by in a walking distance and even more activities by the beach. Hotel is always clean and staff is working round the clock to keep it that way.

But the staff is the TOP! Beginning with the management team (Ozcan and Cem), restaurant staff,in the pool bar (Dilan, Ömer, Güven and Ahmet) and the animation team (Mehmet, Sercan and Nur) doing everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable... Doing an excellent job of making our time absolutely unforgettable. Thank you guys!!!

Only downside is very poor WIFI, it is not working as it should! It really needs to get better..

Topii hotel

I've been in Konaktepe hotel with family. We had great time there. There is no even one thing which we can say was wrong or bad. Claen rooms, tasty food, very nice stuff working there speacially guest relation - Ozcan will help you even with every small thing.

Hotel is about 1 km from center of Konakli. 13 km from Alanya. You can get there by local bus for 1,5 euro.

It was the best three weeks in this nice hotel. On my mind, it is best place for relaxing. Modern and comfortable rooms, compact, beautiful and clean territory. Very good food and drinks. Caring and attentive staff and managers. Specially my kind regards for mr. Ozcan Pinar. Anytime he was ready to help. Thanks for the best time. I found everything in this hotel for my good mood and holiday. See you in september. With my big respect.

My first day if my special trip was started in Konaktepe... They welcome us in long hall with special drinks and best intruductiin. All stuff especially best relation was weline us in a such a way that we can feel we r realy welocme and feel as else r at home. During staying there all stuff was caring if us in great hospitality and solve all doubts... We will back in October... Thx a lot of special time.. Best regard for Ozcan

Very nice and clean hotel. The food and the staff are both great. Shopping center and beach are nearby. The staff at the beach is even better than the hotel staff, specially a guy named Rifat. He was really fun and provided very good service!

We have been here with 2 families in 2005. It was great. The food was very good and abundant. A shame that the airco only functioned at certain times. Staff was also very pleasant.

You are, however, along a busy road, but it remains a must  

Three years ago we also stayed there. A lot of food. Nice peool. The indoor pool was also opened in the summer. Very friendly personnel, we had all-in, very nice for the children. A good hotel, qua price-quality ratio.
